Sister has done it again! Peyton, now 15, started her bakery in February 2020 as a Cottage Foods Producer and from the beginning she has been busy. It has grown so much that we expanded out of Cottage Foods and into a fully licensed Retail Foods Producer in a Commercial Kitchen! Because the business has grown so much, so fast, mom (Angela) has partnered with Peyton to be able to service the bakery needs better. Along with the ability to serve the needs of food trucks, restaurants, stores, and other businesses, this change allows us the opportunity to share some of our other talents with you. Cream Pies, Pumpkin Pies and our own special creation Almond Joy Pie! The Farmer Gavin crew is excited for this new challenge and can't wait to share more great products with you as we continue to expand, week by week. Peyton wears many hats outside of the bakery, she is the Secretary of her FFA Chapter, an Officer in Student Leadership Council, Team Captain for Volleyball, Basketball and Track, and she is the lead singer for a local band. Hard work and striving for success is in her blood and we are excited to help her reach for the stars in every aspect of her life. Our delicious baked goods are preservative free and made with you, our customers, in mind. Our bakery has 3 Commercial Ovens, 3 Proofers, 2 commercial mixers, and PLENTY of workspace. We are so excited to be able to service more needs in our community and for our customers with this great kitchen!
