About Us
At the High Plains food coop, we offer more than just high quality, locally produced foods and products, we are a direct connection between you and the farmers and small businesses you want to buy from.
We are not a C.S.A.(Community Supported Agriculture. At HPFC, you buy only what you want and in the amounts you and your family need.
Our Producers are able to set their own prices, offering you affordable products at the highest quality, direct from the farm. Several of our producers are also certified organic!

Practices
Savor the full, rich flavor of meat raised on vibrant pastures(some of the meat is also organic, or grass fed, eggs for chickens and ducks with the freedom to range naturally, vegetables grown without the use of harsh chemicals and harvested fresh just for you, fruit picked at their peak of ripeness, local honey full of amazing flavor, whole grains organic(non-GMO)seed stock, many options for special diets like gluten-free and paleo, a large variety of fresh herbs and dried herb mixes, small batch soaps, lotions and scrubs, homespun yarn and wool products, amazing sweet treats so many options with new products added all the time!
Our producers hail from all over the Front Range, to the north and south from the mountains all the way too the plains of Western Kansas and Western Nebraska and Southeastern Wyoming. All of our producers are people you can talk to directly, either by phone or email or even in person. they welcome you inquires and are open about their practices, so you know just what you are getting and how it was raised. the great relationships built between consumers and producers are a large part of what sustains the Coop and these connections are what makes HPFC a unique resource for you and your family
